* Housekeeping service is provided **every alternate day**.
* For stays longer than **3 days**, bed linens will be changed every 3 days.
* For stays exceeding **7 days**, linens will be changed **twice a week**.
* For stays longer than **one month**, cleaning will be done **every alternate day**, with linens changed **twice weekly**.

🔌 Amenities on Request

Pressure Cooker, hair dryers, and irons are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need any of these.

🔇 Quiet Hours

We kindly request guests to respect neighbors and avoid loud music or excessive noise after **8:00 PM**.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
If smoking is detected indoors, a **fine of ₹3,000** will be charged.

💰 Security Deposit

A **refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 (cash)** is required at check-in.
This will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the apartment or its contents. This policy is non-negotiable.

🧼 Cleanliness

Please remember this is a **private home, not a hotel**. We request you to treat the space with the same care as your own home.

Any excessive mess — particularly involving food waste, spills, or damage — may result in an additional **cleaning fee of ₹2,000** at check-out.
